These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BRDY Performance mobile application, web application, and associated services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Cian Brady trading as BRDY ("we", "us", or "our").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
BRDY Performance is a coaching and analytics application for Gaelic games (Gaelic football, hurling, camogie). The Service provides tools for match tagging, player tracking, tactical analysis, and season reporting.
To use the Service, you must:
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
New users receive a 1-month free trial with full access to all Premium features. No payment is required during the trial. If you do not subscribe before the trial ends, your access will revert to the free tier features.
BRDY Performance offers auto-renewing subscriptions:
All payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, subject to their terms and conditions. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's account settings:
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to Premium features until then.
All subscription refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their refund policies. To request a refund:
We are unable to process refunds directly. Under EU consumer law, you may have a 14-day right to withdraw from digital subscription purchases; this right is exercised through Apple or Google.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Any price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance and will take effect at your next renewal. You may cancel your subscription before the price change takes effect.

The Service, including all software, designs, text, graphics, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by BRDY and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of the match data, notes, and content you create within the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
You are responsible for the content you create in the app. You must not upload content that:
We strive to keep the Service available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.
Statistics, tactical suggestions, and coaching insights generated by the Service are informational tools only and should not be the sole basis for coaching decisions.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BRDY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR REVENUES.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by Irish law.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the in-app account deletion feature.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability survive termination.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal data.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
If you are a consumer within the European Union, this does not affect any mandatory consumer rights you have under the laws of your country of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top. For material changes, we will notify you through the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
